4. Condition of Trading Cards and Collectibles

Trading cards and collectibles are inherently subjective in condition evaluation.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • Raw (ungraded) cards are sold “as-is”;
  • Minor imperfections may exist even in pack-fresh cards;
  • Centering, print lines, surface scratches, edge wear, or manufacturing defects may occur;
  • We do not guarantee specific grading outcomes from third-party grading companies.

Images may not always reflect every detail of condition.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

All card sales are final unless otherwise stated.

5. Graded Cards

For professionally graded cards:

  • Grades are assigned by independent third-party grading companies;
  • Turf Troll's Cards and Collectibles, LLC is not responsible for disagreements regarding assigned grades;
  • Cases/slabs may contain minor scratches or cosmetic wear from handling or shipping.

All graded card sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Breaks, Mystery Packs, and Randomized Products

If applicable, purchases involving card breaks, repacks, mystery products, or randomized items are subject to additional rules disclosed at the time of sale.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Outcomes are random;
  • No specific cards, players, teams, or values are guaranteed unless expressly stated;
  • Pull rates and odds may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove participants engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process orders promptly; however, shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers;
  • Weather events;
  • Customs processing;
  • Postal disruptions;
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

If returns are accepted:

  • Items must be returned in original condition;
  • Returns must be initiated within five [5] days of delivery;
  • Opened sealed products may not be eligible for return;
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
